Being a music icon apparently doesn’t mean you get a free T-shirt at a Nets game.
Beatle Sir Paul McCartney couldn’t snag the swag while watching the team play the Philadelphia 76ers at Barclays Center Monday night.
Despite appearing on the arena’s big screen and shouting for the staff to throw him a shirt, the 71-year-old looked jokingly disappointed when it landed nowhere near him.
McCartney didn’t appear to have any hard feelings and kept cheering on the Nets.
