At a press conference Tuesday, Mayor Michael Bloomberg detailed the increased security around the city in response to the bombings. Despite increased tension, he stopped that afternoon on his way into City Hall to take a picture with a group of students from P.S. 187 in Washington Heights who had just finished their tour.
