More than 5,600 rabbis and global communal leaders from 100 countries gathered Sunday in Crown Heights for the International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Emissaries, an annual gathering aimed at strengthening Jewish awareness and practice around the world. Rabbis from Pittsburgh led thousands in prayers and song to memorialize the 11 lives lost in the synagogue shooting on Oct. 27.
