Heath, left, and Bevin Howard did a brisk business Tuesday selling lemonade on Prince St. outside Shorty’s.32 restaurant. Heath, 6, made the change and her brother, Bevin, 5, helped out as well. Shorty assisted with beverage preparation showing the kids how to use a mix of fresh lemons and concentrate. Their father Manny said a lot went into deciding on the $1 price. He said they all figured $2 would not move enough liquid. Shorty said he wouldn’t have dreamed of taking a cut. “I’m a friend of their parents,” he said. “I can’t shake them down for rent.”
