Officers in Tribeca picked up a man who attempted to get into Taylor Swift’s townhouse on Saturday afternoon, police reported.

Members of the 1st Precinct stopped the suspect while responding to a 911 call regarding a disorderly person along Franklin Street at about 1:35 p.m. on Jan. 20.

Upon arriving at the location, the officers were informed that the unidentified disorderly person attempted to open the door to the townhouse. According to WABC-TV, the townhouse happens to belong to the chart-topping singer.

Following questioning, police learned that the individual had an open arrest warrant against him for failing to answer a summons in Brooklyn back in 2017, and took him into custody. No other charges have been filed against him at this time, WABC-TV reported.

As for Swift, the New York Post (citing unnamed sources) reported that she was likely at the townhouse hours before the disorderly man tried to get in.

Swift is expected to be in Buffalo on Sunday night to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Bills in an AFC Divisional Playoff game.
