Everyone’s favorite Vermonters have already established themselves as the reigning champions of interesting ice cream. But this time they’ve gone one step further. Instead of just mixing and matching ingredients and cleverly naming their newest flavors (hello Phish Food, Chunky Monkey and Cherry Garcia!), this time they’ve up and changed the whole game.
Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield’s “Core” line is modeled off the flavor Karamel Sutra, and each of the four new flavors revolves around a core flavor that runs through the middle of the pint.
