The Fancy Food show, New York’s annual convocation of makers, sellers and buyers of gourmet and specialty products, takes over Manhattan’s Javits Center from June 26 to 28.

More than 25,000 attendees are expected to browse — and sample — wares from more than 2,600 exhibitors from 55 countries.
