Brooklyn man dies from gunshot to the head in Bushwick: Cops

A man was found in Brooklyn unconscious with a gunshot wound to his head on Halloween, police said.

A man was shot in the head on a Brooklyn street on Halloween, police said.

On Thursday at about 9 p.m., police responded to a 911 call about a man who was shot near Eldert Street and Wilson Avenue. When they arrived, they found 41-year-old Naim Moore unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his head outside 225 Eldert St., police said.

EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
