A man, age 32, was shot in chest, and a woman, 38, above, was shot in face and head on Wed., July 16, at 6:15 p.m., in front of 466 W. 26th St. at the Elliot Chelsea Houses near 10th Ave., according to police. Both victims were taken to the hospital, reportedly in stable condition. Police don’t know the motive for the shooting. They are seeking a suspect, described as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 200 pounds and wearing a light-blue baseball cap and a blue pullover shirt with white sleeves and the number 99 on the back.
