An affordable housing lottery has opened up at a brand-new residential building in Lenox Hill.

Located at 1026 Third Ave., the units are said to be affordable to households earning between 40 and 130 percent of the area median income.

Of the 27 affordable units, 12 are studios ranging from $960 to $1,503; 11 are one-bedrooms ranging from $1,601 to $3,640; and four are two-bedrooms ranging from $1,901 to $4,347. Rent includes hot water, and tenants are responsible for electricity, including heat and an electric stove.

The building is pet-friendly, with one pet allowed per household and no pet fees. The units feature high-end, energy-efficient appliances, including in-unit washers, dryers and dishwashers, air conditioning, high-end countertops and finishes, hardwood floors, charging outlets with USB ports, high-speed internet and cable or satellite TV.

Building amenities include access to an outdoor rooftop terrace, an on-site gym, a business center, a party room, a storage area, and a recycling center. The building also has an accessible entrance and access to an elevator.
