Officials dedicated the fountain at the park at the east of Wall St. last week. Deutsche Bank donated $400,000 for the fountain and its maintenance. Erma Bourdier and her 7-year-old daughter Frascesa, right, honored Erma’s father Frank, who was a Deutsche security guard killed on Sept. 11, 2001 as he was standing in front of Deutsche’s 130 Liberty St. building across from the Twin Towers. Also on hand for the ceremony at Mannahatta Park were (l-r) Julie Menin, chairperson of Community Board 1, Deutsche Bank Foundation president Gary Hatten, Parks Commissioner Adrian Benepe, and Deutsche Bank Americas C.E.O. Seth Waugh.
