L.E.S. Chop Shop has top tastes for the holidays

The subject of a profile in last weekend’s New York Times Magazine, Chop Shop has been described as an “underground holy day food palace and performance extravaganza.” Two sisters and a friend, they make all the food themselves on the premises.
