Luke, 3 1/2, and Oscar Sullivan, 6, played at the First Precinct’s Night Out Against Crime event in Duane Park Tuesday. The national event was celebrated in every precinct in the city and a representative from the mayor’s office read a proclamation honoring the First Precinct.
