The Parents Teachers Association of P.S. 11, located at 21st St., between Eighth and Ninth Aves., is sponsoring their annual Fall Festival. The festival is to celebrate “another year together and embrace the area’s Hispanic community.” The event will include music, food, bake sale, raffle, hayrides, games and other family entertainment.
