The three amigos

A trio of Lower East Siders enjoyed their coffee together. All of them have lived on Ludlow between Stanton and Houston Sts. for about 40 years. At left, two brothers, Nicholas and Lorenzo, are originally from the Dominican Republic. David Chan, at right, who is Puerto Rican, Jewish and Chinese, works as a building superintendent. Chan, who has a health problem, was back in the hospital this week.
