Open Kitchen, pictured, at 123 William St. between Fulton and John Sts. will be opening soon. The upscale marketplace has cuisines to please any palate or persuasion — East Asian, Mediterranean and a taqueria. Breakfast, coffee and tea, burgers, sandwiches and salads are also offered. Open Kitchen will also open two more locations in the Financial District at 120 Wall St. and 15 William St.
