Extensive renovations at the 3,990-square-foot townhouse caused the pair to delay their move for nearly a year after they bought the place back in December 2015, StreetEasy reported, citing city Department of Buildings records. Commissioned in 1909, the townhouse was designed and constructed by well-known builder Otto Singer and architect Arthur R. Koch.
