The New York Giants’ 2025 NFL schedule has been released, and it’s quite the gauntlet.
They’ll open the season on the road in Washington against the Commanders. It’ll be a rough opening matchup, considering the Commanders were in the NFC Championship game a season ago.
Week 6 will be the team’s second primetime game of the season with an appearance on Thursday Night Football against their division rivals and the reigning Super Bowl-champion Philadelphia Eagles.
Big Blue will have three primetime games. Sunday, Sept. 21 in Week 3 at home against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, Thursday, Oct. 9 in Week 6, and Dec. 1 in Week 13 on Monday Night Football against the New England Patriots.
During the first eight weeks of the season, they will play the Eagles twice and four additional playoff teams from 2024: the Commanders, Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers, and Denver Broncos.
The Giants won’t have their bye week until Week 14 and will close out their season at home against Washington, at home against the Minnesota Vikings, cross-country against the Las Vegas Raiders, and then at home against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 18.
