A Bronx teen died in police custody on Thursday after an apparent seizure, the NYPD said.

Police arrested Jonathan Jennings, 19, at his home on Lorillard Place between East 187th and 188th streets about 6:15 a.m. after officers executed a search warrant as part of a narcotics probe. There, cops found cocaine and marijuana, police said.

Jennings subsequently suffered an apparent seizure while en route from his home to the 48th Precinct police station, the NYPD said. He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital and was later pronounced dead.

The medical examiner will determine a cause of death.
