Permanens Capital Partners is providing 80 meals a day to healthcare workers at the Samaritan’s Purse field hospital in Central Park.

Beginning April 1, they partnered with Deborah Miller Catering to feed the healthcare workers every day until there is no more need for the field hospital.

The pre-boxed meals are dropped off at the hospital every night and include inspirational quotes in each box, such as “The sun never stops shining- sometimes clouds just get in the way.”

“We don’t have kitchens to make our own food and we work 12+ hours every single day and I get sick with large amounts of dairy and gluten and processed foods so you don’t know how happy I am that I have someone looking out for me so that I can be prepared and feel good caring for others that are sick with COVID,” said a nurse working at the field hospital.
