Dominique Ansel’s Chocolate-Chip Cookie Milk Shots are on a trajectory not unlike that of Ansel’s first culinary masterpiece, the Cronut. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, just like that of the Cronut. There have been lines outside the bakery, like the Cronut. What’s next? A trademark for the Cookie Shot?
That might be a good idea, as copy-cats have already started popping up.
