The Brooklyn-based doughnut shop Dough Doughnuts plan to open their fourth New York City location at 10 Rockefeller Plaza just before Memorial Day.

Michelin-starred pastry chef Bethany Costello will continue to oversee the creation of Dough’s artisanal treats, which include flavors like Nutella, red velvet cheesecake, blood orange and cinnamon sugar, according to a Wednesday press release. Costello joined Dough as culinary director in July 2018.

Dough’s chefs make their doughnuts in small batches throughout the day to make sure fresh doughnuts are always available.

The cult-favorite doughnut bakery got its start in Bedford-Stuyvesant in 2010 as a neighborhood spot, but had expanded to the Flatiron district in Manhattan by 2015, with kiosks at Grand Central and Times Square spreading their treats across Manhattan. Dough’s doughnuts are available at several Brooklyn coffee shops and some Whole Foods locations as well.
