The pink wine has been a featured ingredient in many new cocktails, from frozen concoctions to complex tipples.
“Rosé can be good for cocktails especially if it has good acidity,” says Joe Campanale, beverage director of the seasonal outdoor bar Alta Linea, which added a rosé cocktail to its drinks menu this year. “It can balance out a cocktail and be a good palate for other flavors.”
