E! News host Maria Menounos and her longtime boyfriend, writer-director Keven Undergaro, became engaged Wednesday live on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM radio show.
“I want to ask you something, Maria,” Undergaro said. “Would you make me the happiest man on Earth and would you marry me?” After taking more than a minute to comprehend it wasn’t a radio-show stunt, Menounos, 37, screamed, “Yes! Yes, yes, yes! Of course! Ohmigod, I can’t even believe this is happening!”
She later tweeted her thanks to Stern and his wife, Beth Stern, who helped arrange the surprise. “I’m in utter shock! And thank u my love for 19 amazing years. Can’t believe we are engaged!!!!”
