And it's in no small part due to the trainers, who are filling classes at $35 a pop for their challenging, specialized workouts. The celeb trainer also teaches us plebeians through his Box & Strength class, offered Mondays at 5:45 p.m. and Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m. at BFX Studio's FiDi location. Those who sign up can expect boot camp drills that help build a stronger core, develop firmer quads and improve muscle tone in arms. A few lucky students can book spots at the last minute, but signing up in advance is advised for the Nigerian native's typically packed classes. Hailing from Hawaii, the CycMethod creator leads his 45-minute cycling class regularly at the Hell's Kitchen and Astor Place locations of Cyc Fitness. He easily fills classes thanks to his can-do attitude and showmanship (he even uses a drum during the workout). Her upbeat, positive energy has proved contagious -- her signature body-sculpting classes always fill up, so sign up ASAP. Each class regularly sells out during the weekly sign-ups, with a line down the stairs of eager attendees common. If they can?t get a spot in the room, devotees even practice out in the lobby. Her weeknight sessions are regularly full, with clients often taking the instructor's rower to squeeze an extra body in the in-demand classes. His full-body, HIIT-based classes fill up more than one week in advance, with attendees sprinting into the studio to get a front spot during evening sessions at the Flatiron location. You can also find Tran at the Upper East Side and Penthouse at 67th Street studios throughout the week.
