Detectives are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in his Brooklyn home on Wednesday night.
According to police, at 7:14 p.m. on May 25 officers responded to a call regarding a man in need of help inside 474 Montauk Avenue. Upon their arrival, officers found 22-year-old Tristan Templeman in the home with a gunshot wound to his head.
EMS rushed to the location and declared Templeman dead at the scene. The shooting is being investigated as a homicide.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
