An NYPD sergeant was fatally shot in the Bronx and another was wounded on Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, officials said. The shooting in the 43rd Precinct took place at 1575 Bronx River Ave. in the Van Nest neighborhood, an NYPD spokesman said.
