Easter bunny production is running full tilt at Jacques Torres Hudson Street factory at Hudson and King Sts. Clockwise from above, 27-inch-tall, milk chocolate bunnies are highlighted with white chocolate; a worker holds smaller bunnies on a vibrating board to spread the chocolate evenly; a machine rotates the molds while cold air blows on them, drying the chocolate and making the forms hollow. Also in production are large dark chocolate pigs and white chocolate lambs.
