The Greenwich Village Halloween Parade was shortened a few blocks this year, but there was no shortage of freaky fun, plus the usual dose of costumed commentary on current events. Fourth St. basketball courts and on the High Line as part of his comeback tour — inspired a two-wheeled look-alike.
