Authorities say an intoxicated woman was bitten by a tiger after she broke into a Nebraska zoo and tried to pet the animal.
Jacqueline Eide, 33, appeared to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol when she showed up to the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium in Omaha, then approached the tiger, police say. She was subsequently bit on the left hand.
Her condition has not been released, and it’s not clear if she’ll face charges.

A bunch of Philly toddlers are running around with their own smartphones, according to a study.A small study, based on parents of 350 Philadelphia households, found that nearly half of the babies involved used mobile devices daily before they even turned 1. Three-quarters of the babies used mobile devices daily before their second birthday, the study also found.
Plus, three-quarters of the kids involved in the study actually owned their own mobile device by the time they turned 4.
