A visit to a popular amusement arcade turned deadly late Saturday night, police said.

An argument erupted in a Times Square’s Dave & Buster’s, located at 234 West 42nd St., at 10:44 p.m. on April 30 between two men, according to the NYPD.

The fight swiftly escalated into a fatal encounter when Jesse Armstrong, 41, allegedly brandished a sharp object and stabbed Allen Stanford, 39, in the chest.

Members of the Midtown South Precinct responded to the incident. EMS transported Stanford to St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Armstrong, allegedly responsible for the stabbing, was apprehended by police officers in public transit thanks to a witness description and is charged with murder.

Armstrong remained silent and kept his head bowed as he was escorted out of the Midtown South Precinct on May 1.
