Dental clinic opens wide

Health Department officials and Chelsea politicians cut the ribbon on Feb. 6 to reopen the Lower Manhattan Child and Adolescent Oral Health Clinic in the Chelsea Health Center at 303 Ninth Ave. at 28th St., closed for more than two years. The enlarged dental clinic, with enhanced equipment and a new dental laboratory, will provide free comprehensive care to children from low-income families.
