EDUCATIONAL ALLIANCE ART EXHIBIT Oil paintings, encaustic panels and watercolors by Elias Newman will be on display. Paintings were completed between 1950 and 1980 and depict the rugged coastline of New England and charming views of lighthouses. Thru Thurs., Aug. 11. COMIC-INSPIRED ARTWORK View a vibrant selection of comic and comic-inspired artwork by twenty contemporary artists who use comic imagery to depict a diverse array of real and imaginary characters.
