Foggy cause

Call it coincidence or evidence, but the same morning New Yorkers were smelling gas-like odors Downtown and throughout the city, Jan. 8, the New Jersey skyline was shrouded in a dense layer of fog. New York officials said the odor came from across the river, but Jersey disputes the claim.
