Lunchtime Live in Zuccotti Park, featuring three free concerts at 12:30 p.m., began Wednesday with The Blues Influence and is set to continue with Esperanza Spalding on Sept. 20 and Louisiana Effect on Sept. 27.
The park, formerly known as Liberty Plaza is privately owned by Brookfield Properties, who financed the $8 million renovation to the 33,000 square foot park. It occupies the entire block from Broadway to Church St. and between Liberty St. and Cedar St. The concerts are free.
