HAPPY HALLOW-WAS

Vampires, superheroes, fairies and Jedi Knights rubbed shoulders on Oct. 24, at the annual Haunted High Line Halloween event, held along the elevated park’s W. 14th to W. 17th St. stretch. Kids enjoyed storytelling, puppet shows, face painting, musical performances, and visits from costumed characters who brought the area’s industrial past back to life. For info on upcoming High Line activities, visit thehighline.org. Photo by Liz Ligon, courtesy Friends of the High Line .
