The New York Times hails Ibrahim Maalouf as a “virtuoso of the quarter-tone trumpet” in his combination of jazz improvisation and European classical influences with the sounds of his native Lebanon and his home in France.

Maalouf appears with Frank Woeste, Scott Colley, Rick Margitza, and Clarence Penn in a tribute one of the greatest Arabic divas of all time — Egyptian icon Oum Kalthoum.
