This is our 15th Progress Report but it is no longer an annual issue we publish toward the end of the year. In 2010, we are doing spring and fall reports to give readers twice as much direct access to some of the leaders of Lower Manhattan. We’ll continue to cover developments, progress and the Downtown movers and shakers in every issue, but we feel providing a forum for them to communicate directly to the Lower Manhattan community is a valuable resource to readers.
