Design & Architectural Planning
Downtown Community Television Center, Inc., (DCTV), a New York State registered charity, seeks proposals to provide design & architectural planning services for capital improvements to its landmark site at 87 Lafayette Street, New York City.
Deadline for responses: June 16, 2006 at 5:00 PM EST
To complete the second and final phase of capital renovations to its site, DCTV will need to obtain the services of one or more firms to provide architectural planning, design, and engineering surveys, comprehensive architectural drawings, and a project manual in connection with the project. Firms interested in submitting proposals to provide such services are required to follow the recommended guidelines and instructions contained in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) posted on DCTV’s website: www.dctvny.org.
Proposals should provide a straightforward, complete and concise description of the firm’s capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the RFP. Please prepare two (2) copies of your proposal and work samples. Each copy of the proposal should be bound in a single volume and include any documentation you may wish to submit.
