Snow still eludes photographer Jenny Rubin, who did manage to capture some of the local holiday spirit while visiting Engine 3/Ladder 12/Battalion 7 (on W. 19th St., near Seventh Ave.) and the Robert Fulton Houses tree (in front of 419 W. 17th St.).
