Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel are taking their final curtain call as husband and wife.
The actors, who met while starring in the original Broadway production of “Rent,” have separated after 10 years of marriage, they confirmed on Thursday.
“Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs have jointly decided to separate at this time,” a rep for the actress told amNewYork on Thursday. “Their primary focus and concern is for their son. We ask that you respect their privacy during this time.”
Diggs and Menzel, both 42, have a 4-year-old son named Walker.
