Tribeca spotting

The U-Haul garage at 562 W. 23rd St. received a phone call on Jan. 28 that one of their vans was parked illegally at Franklin and Lafayette Sts., but an employee who went to the location saw someone driving the van away, police said. U-Haul told police on Feb. 13 that they discovered that the van had been missing from the 23rd St. garage since Jan. 28.
