There may not be an Uber to disrupt the city’s subway system but there are plenty of other obstacles to the smooth operation of the underground trains. Not least of which are the furry, four-legged kind. Even as the MTA found extra money this week, and the NYPD stepped up a campaign to catch subway sex fiends, commuters were reminded how precarious the system is when a cat’s rail adventure tied up train traffic for hours.
