Duo sought for robbing a man in Manhattan and using his stolen credit card: cops

Cops are looking for a duo who robbed a man of his wallet in Manhattan and then went on a spending spree.

According to police, at 2:50 a.m. on Jan. 12, a 23 year-old man was entering a taxi in the vicinity of Jane Street and Washington Street in the West Village when two men followed him in and told the driver to start driving. The suspects then demanded the victim’s wallet while pressing an unknown hard object against the victim’s body.

The victim complied and the suspects fled the taxi with the wallet. The suspects later used one of the victim’s credit cards to make $4,000 in unauthorized purchases in the SoHo area.
