New concourse at Penn Station opens

A new customer concourse finally opened on June 15, 2017, at the Farley Post Office building, connecting to the Penn Station tracks. The concourse, along with new entrances and exits on Eighth Avenue, mark the completion of the first phase of the long-awaited Moynihan Station. (Credit: Craig Ruttle)
