South Ferry rehab work to finish late 2016

The MTA says the South Ferry rehabilitation will cost $600 million.

The rehabilitation of the South Ferry station flooded by Superstorm Sandy is expected to be completed late 2016, an MTA official said Monday. The project had been expected to cost $600 million but an MTA spokesman said the final cost will be less, but could not provide a figure until the design is done.
