Cops looking for three women who assaulted a straphanger on the 4 train in the Bronx

The NYPD is looking for three women who assaulted a straphanger while riding the train through the Bronx.

Police say that at 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 19, a 28-year-old woman was riding a northbound 4 train when she was approached by three unknown women. When the train pulled into the 176th Street station, the women started to punch the victim multiple times in the face and sprayed her with an unknown chemical.

The suspects then fled the train at the station. The victim suffered bruising and irritation but refused medical attention at the scene.
