Last year brought us plenty of exciting new food options, like the raindrop cake and Wowfulls cones, and the 2017 lineup doesn’t disappoint. Here’s a look at some of the highlights. Smorgasburg returns to East River State Park in Williamsburg on April 1, and to Prospect Park on April 2. Indulge your cravings for burgers and sweet treats from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays in Williamsburg, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays in Prospect Park. For more details and the full list of vendors, visit smorgasburg.com. Ube Kitchen Photo Credit: Ube Kitchen Grab a snack from Ube Kitchen if you're looking for something (sort of) healthy. A must-try at the Filipino dessert spot: homemade ice cream topped off with fresh fruit and coconut, served in a dragon fruit bowl. Available Saturdays and Sundays. Strange Flavor Burger Shack Photo Credit: Strange Flavor Burger Shack This burger shack serves up far more than American classics. Aside from the traditional, like the Dusty Dog, a corn-battered hot dog, both the Asian Fried Chicken Sandwich and cucumber side salad (pictured) are standouts on the menu. Strange Flavor is available Saturdays only. Pop Pasta Photo Credit: Pop Pasta Pop Pasta brings you a new, easier way to eat pasta on the go. The spaghetti doughnut is available in flavors like red sauce, aglio and olio, and carbonara. Available Saturdays only. Kreung Photo Credit: Kreung Get a taste of Cambodian street eats including elotes, lemongrass meat skewers with pickles, salad and bowl mixes (pictured) and more. Kreung will be available Saturdays only. Burger Supreme Photo Credit: Burger Supreme Melted American cheese and special sauce oozes out of Burger Supreme's beef patty, which is topped off with mustard, onion and a pickle. Plus, it comes wrapped in a signature gold foil, making it perfect for outdoor munching. What else could you really want? Available Saturdays only. Dulcinea Churros Photo Credit: Dulcinea Churros Take a break from the savory and satisfy your sweet tooth with churro ice cream sandwiches. Frozen creations are made to order and crafted in front of you. Dulcinea Churros was also a featured vendor at the Bryant Park Winter Market. Available Saturdays and Sundays. Burrito Juarez Photo Credit: Burrito Juarez These Ciudad Juarez-inspired burritos wrapped in hand-rolled tortillas come sans rice. Available Saturdays and Sundays. Roll Play Viet Noms Photo Credit: Roll Play Viet Noms Roll Play eats were available only through catered events -- until now. The spot, focused on Vietnamese specialties, is serving up its summer rolls (pictured) and shrimp chips at Smorgasburg this year. Available Saturdays and Sundays.
