Welcome to the unofficial start of summer!

While Triple A is saying more than 33 million people will hit the roads in cars across the country this weekend, we beg you not to worry about traffic. Instead, consider the gorgeous weather!

It won’t be hot (be grateful, the stick and sweat will be here soon), but both Saturday and Sunday will be sunny and warm.

According the the National Weather Service, the high on Saturday is 67 and the high on Sunday is 79. So Sunday is your best beach day. (If you didn’t know, all city beaches are now open!)

Both nights will be chilly, in the upper 50s and lower 60s, but that’s fine by us. Bring a sweatshirt and be happy about pulling a cotton, long-sleeve shirt over your sun-kissed arms while you still can.

Monday brings a 40% change of thunderstorms and a high of 77.  Fingers crossed your barbecue is still on and that the parades in the city will go off without a hitch!
