The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in catching two men accused of beating up a 56-year-old man in a Bronx bodega last month.
Law enforcement sources said the trouble began at 5:40 p.m. on Nov. 2 inside a grocery store on East 167th Street near Webster Avenue in the Morrisania section.
Cops said the victim got into an argument with the two suspects, who then “proceeded to punch and kick the victim multiple times about the head and body.
The two assailants then fled the location fleeing in unknown direction, authorities said.
The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated at St. Barnabas Hospital, police sources reported.
On Dec. 10, the NYPD released video footage of the two perpetrators, one of whom engages the victim in conversation.
